John Gong a graduate from George Washington University and George Mason University holds a double Master’s degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. He earned straight A's to qualify as a PhD Candidate in Robotics at Stanford University.
After college, Mr. Gong began his career at Texas Instruments Co., Ltd. He initially started as a system engineer and then quickly moved up to sales manager. Several years later he was promoted as the director of the Los Angeles Branch. After this rapid development with outstanding work performance, he served as general manager in the western region of Matsushita and German Siemens. He also was the general manager in the Asian Pacific region of American ENTIVITY Co., Ltd.
After many years of quality experience and dedication, John Gong founded his own company, American ICP Inc. By securing a forefront position in automated robot technology research and development American ICP Inc. later became an industry leader. He diversifies his talents and successes in several different industries. Currently, he is the Chairman of American ICP Inc., LSJ Real Estate Co., Ltd and LV Investment Co., Ltd. He is also the President of Wellintech Software, LLC.
As a Chinese-American social activist, he is the Director of two largest businesses associations in the world, Rotary Club & Lions Club. Also, Mr. Gong was the President of ISA – Orange County chapter. He is the Vice Chief Director of China’s official organization for the China Council for Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT). And Vice President of China Economic Trading Promotion Agency and the Chairman for its Los Angeles branch. His accolades include, his story featured in a Chinese written book, "90 Entrepreneur Daddies America" which was endorsed by U.S. Congress women, Ms. Judy Chu in the 32nd district of California. He also won the award of "Top Ten U.S. technology Business Dad". In addition, he has been featured on the front pages of "China’s Foreign Trade" and "China Economic & Trade Herald" magazines for several times. Recently, Mr. Gong’s success has been compiled into the "National Twelfth Five-Year" literature, incorporated into the magazine of "Macroeconomic Management", by National Committee of Reformation and Development.
