Athena Technologies Inc. was invited to participate the discussion on Datong's investment policy and economic development issues
Deputy Party Secretary of Datong, acting mayor Jun-Ming Li met Xiaodong Yang (Director of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Trade Promotion Center, the Secretary-General of the China Foreign Trade Council) and his party at Yungang Jianguo Hotel. The two sides made in-depth discussions on how to further cooperation and promote trade exchange.
In the meeting, Jun-Ming Li welcomed the Exchange Center of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and international enterprises for their visits and investment discussions, and made a brief introduction for Datong's economic and social development. He said that in the past five years, the Datong city had a new look and the old town was reborn.

DAVIS, Ca. January 23, 2013--Moller International, Inc. (MI) (OTC-QB: MLER), the developer of the Skycar® and Neuera™ aircraft announced today that it has received a signed memorandum of understanding (MOU) agreeing to create a US-based Joint Venture (JV) with Athena Technologies Inc. of Harbor City, California. The goal of the newly formed JV is to establish co-production for its aircraft in the US and the People’s Republic of China.
Under the provisions of the memorandum, MI will team with this US company-led JV to jointly produce numerous models of its vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) aircraft.

John Gong (Chairman of Athena Technologies) attended the 6th China-Latin American Countries Business Summit in Hangzhou, a lake-side city in east Zhejiang Province. The international summit to boost business projects between Chinese and Latin American companies ran from Wednesday to Thursday. The summit aimed to strengthen bilateral trade ties between South America, and the world's second-largest economy. This year, the theme is "Trade and Investment Transformation, Greater Development".
